The location is excellent, being very close to town center and amenities, and the staff are friendly and helpful with managing nearby parking.

I asked for double room with a shared bathroom, teapot and coffee, had a very lovely stay. The food was great in the restaurant.

i have been a trader at Harrogate Christmas Market and after a long and hard work day ,Spring Lodge was the perfect place to relax myself and to recover.Very quiet, comfortable, very close to market, good services and facilities, an excellent value for money . i recommend Spring Lodge to all the travelers and a first choice for me ,each time I will visit Harrogate

the staff are amicable and excellent, the hotel is clean and the breakfast is hearty. the rooms are great-sized with comfy beds. the location is handy, 1 km from harrogate convention centre. it's in a pretty building in the nice quiet area.

Convenient location, just a stroll away from Royal Hall, great for exploring on foot. All the staff here were amazing! 👍

Close to town centre, owners very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast excellent. Good value for money.

Heating on all night which made room too warm but this is personal preference, so not a critisism in any way. Also commumal WC and bathroom were next to our room so was noisy at times during the night as other guests used this facility (we had on-suite). This is due to the lay out of the building and therefore not the fault of any one.

The location was excellent and the room was smart/well equipped.

The owner was extremely rude in helping me with a crisis. He charged for my two young children staying, made us share one breakfast between us and I had no chair to sit on. I realise the situation was a difficult one but he handled it really badly.

The staff were all welcoming and the owner was very friendly; our double room had access to a shared bathroom, and the breakfast at the restaurant offered a great selection of delicious meals.

The location of the hotel is excellent, situated in a quiet cul de sac just a short walk from the vibrant town centre. the Convention centre is also easily accessible from the hotel. the rooms are comfortable and warm, providing a cozy atmosphere for a good night's sleep. the breakfast served at the hotel is fantastic, with quick service and delicious options to choose from.

The shared bathroom facilities, although clean, can be inconveniently located and small in size.
